Trading schedule changes due to wintertime shift

Due to this change, the trading for WTI, BRN, XAUUSD, XAGUSD, Palladium, Platinum, US stocks, NASDAQ, S&P, YM, USDRUB opens one hour earlier MT time. Trading changes come into effect on October 26.

However, on November 1, when the US switches to wintertime as well, trading returns to normal.
